Dynamic resonance frequency depends on the use of low electromagnetic field frequencies inherent in the human body. This depends on the fact that each material has a resonant frequency and that each cell of the body has its own ringing frequency. In normal circumstances, the frequencies of the human body are relatively compatible with how they are subjected to different vibrations that are compatible with each member of the body. However, if a member is exposed to an abnormal biological condition, this will cause a disturbance in that member's frequencies. This imbalance can be interpreted as an effect on the underlying spectrum of physiological processes leading to the disease. The frequency is in the form of an electric signal with a current and a specific voltage differential that can be fed to the patient without any pain. These frequencies cause effects that reduce or eliminate unwanted frequencies of that body, thereby increasing or strengthening the normal health frequencies of that organ.

In general, the BRC is made up of a diagnostic and the last applied part. The diagnostic part is used to measure frequencies generated in the human body while the applied part is used to expose the user to the appropriate frequencies using two hand-connected poles.
