The Department of Architectural Engineering and the Cluster Team organized a specialized workshop titled “Building Information Modeling (BIM)” as part of their commitment to keeping abreast of the latest developments in engineering and technology. The workshop was presented by Engineer Abdullah Tablat, an Autodesk-certified trainer, and was well-attended by students from the Department of Architectural Engineering and other departments.

The presenter reviewed the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its pivotal importance in developing modern engineering and architectural practices. He also discussed current and future job market demands and the essential skills engineers need to work professionally in this field.

This workshop is part of a series of joint activities aimed at bridging the gap between academic education and industry requirements, and enhancing students' skills in modern technologies that are revolutionizing design, construction, and project management.
